Is it safe to install games from FreeGamesBuzz.com?

How do I download a game?
1. Go to the game page and click to download the free trial version of the game. Do this by clicking on the button that says "Download".
2. Depending on your operating system and browser, you will be prompted to download and install the file.
3. If your download does not begin after a few seconds press where it says "Download Game Now!".


How do I install a game?
Once you have downloaded the game, simply click the "Open" button on the download dialog or double-click the downloaded file. This will start the installation wizard which will guide you through the installation.


How do I buy a game?
Click the "Buy" button on the trial window that comes up when you start the game or click the "Buy" button on the game page. This will open a section with all the available purchasing methods.


My Activation Code cannot connect to your server. Help!
This error message usually means that the settings on your firewall is not allowing the game to access our server to activate the game. You can try adjusting your firewall settings or temporarily disabling your firewall so that the server can be accessed.
Also, the Unlock Code that was issued to you at the time of purchase will also activation the game. Please click on the text that reads: "I'm not connected to the Internet" to enter the Unlock Code.
Please be sure to include the Product Code from the game so that we may generate a new Unlock Code for you.


Can I put the game on my other computer?

Yes, you can install your games on any computer you own. In order to get the full version of your game that you have previously purchased working on another computer, you need to download the game from this website, then follow the re-register procedure on the other computer.

  • Download and install a new copy of the game.
  • Open the game and click on the "Already Paid" button. If you cannot find such a button:
    • Click "Buy Now"
    • Click "Already Paid"
    • Click "Get Code"

This will take you to our web based Unlock Code re-issue page. Just enter the requested information and our system will automatically e-mail a new Unlock Code to you. (Note: You must use the e-mail address that was used at the time of purchase).


I'm having lockup or crashing problems. What can I do?
Many times these types of issues can be resolved by simply uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
Also, many games in the FreeGamesBuzz require the most recent version of DirectX in order to run properly. DirectX is freely available from Microsoft here.
Otherwise, be sure to check the minimum specifications of the particular game you are installing and be sure that the computer you are using meets those specifications.


I'm having sound problems. What can I do?
Many older soundcards aren't fully compatible with Microsoft DirectX. Usually, simply updating your soundcard drivers will fix any strange sound problems you may encounter. Check with your manufacturer (or your soundcard manufacturer's web site) for the latest drivers.

I'm having video problems. What can I do?
If your are having problems with your video, simply updating Direct X or your video cards drivers will usually fix the problem. Check Windows Update, or with your video card manufacturer's web site, for the latest drivers for your card.
