While unveiling this patch note, the team stated that this is a preparation for a major update that will be coming in October. These modifications are a preparation (a pit stop) for that major upgrade. There will be a separate announcement when that significant edition is launched.

Details of the Derby Stars Version 0.8.21

The latest version is now live, and players can download it from the Derby Stars Website. It features several balances to ensure a more stable gaming experience. For example, the team is implementing the Skill Balance patch. The aim is to adjust the abilities of horses and make them more optimized.

Meanwhile, there are more than 500 skills distributed among different horses within the game. Considering this factor, Derby Stars will not be balancing all of them. Instead, the team will try to improve specific Special Skills.

Going forward, users will be able to activate these skills more frequently. However, there are still certain terms and conditions that individuals must fulfill before using these boosters. Regardless of the new eligibility criteria, the new system makes it easier for people to get ahead in races.

Bug Fixes and Other Updates

Besides skills, there are other modifications coming to the Derby Stars Version 0.8.21. For example, getting more Cores that pile up improves the Distance Aptitude of your horse. However, staking up too many Cores adversely affects their efficiency.

In addition, the mobile version will have more resolution options. Individuals accessing the game via phones are now able to receive push notifications. Everyone is now able to access all types of turfs in the PVE training mode. Directions are now correctly displayed during PVP matches. Horses will no longer shake at lower FPS.

Arena Upgrades in the Spider Tanks Patch 1.4 Goes

In this new update, Spider Tanks is changing the Drop Pods mechanism. Going forward, captains will be able to redeploy pods from their previous build-up of drop pods. This modification will enable those with multiple drop pods to work with multiple pilots. In turn, captains will enjoy a more seamless gameplay experience.

Following the release of Patch 1.4.0, captains will see the “unpack” and “unpack all” commands while gaming. After a pilot uses any tank, it will remain in the drop pod until the pilot unpacks and returns them back. This approach means that captains can track the progress of each pilot before deciding whether to recall their in-game artillery.

Meanwhile, NFT owners can now use the “unlock” option to instantly recall an asset even after sending it to a pilot. Users can use this feature for free within the first 10 minutes after issuing the digital assets. Within this timeframe, the system will assume it is a mistake and will not charge you.

Once the period extends beyond ten minutes, individuals will have to pay the Arachnium cost to retrieve their drop pods. The base price is 5 Arachnium for the first 12 hours after sending out the vehicle. After that, the cost will increase by 5 Arachnium for every 12 hours it stays with a certain pilot.

Meanwhile, there are now a variety of periods for the deployment of Drop Pods. However, the durations will depend on the type and rarity levels of these NFTs.

Other Updates and Gameplay Modifications

Spider Tanks is also overhauling the killfield UI as part of the Patch 1.4 note. Henceforth, players can now utilize the following ways to score more battle points:

• Dominating or destroying the same player twice in one match before they destroy your tank.
• Drawing First Blood by destroying another player.
• Getting revenge on a player dominating you by destroying them.
• Scoring multi-kills during the course of a match.

Furthermore, the team is introducing the Freecam feature. Going forward, spectators can view exhibition matches from any camera angle they prefer. They will no longer be restricted to the line of sight of a specific player.

• Visit the Alien Worlds Website.
• Click on “Start Now,” and another window will appear, prompting you to connect your cloud wallet.

Features in the Alien Worlds Version 2.6.0 Update

The first feature that Alien Worlds is bringing to the system is Cloud Wallet Integration. The team has noticed that new players are usually unaware of the need to have a wallet to enable them to begin gaming. As such, they tend to look lost when they are required to connect a wallet to the platform.

To solve this problem, the new platform will direct new explorers to a page where they can create a cloud wallet account. From there, these individuals can then integrate the new wallet that they created into their account.

One highlight of this update is Rechaining to enable the game to move its operations to another blockchain. At the moment, the team has completed internal audits of its smart contracts. This is in preparation for the external audits. The aim is to improve the security, gas efficiency, and scalability of its platform. Once this process is complete, the Mines of Dalarnia will re-mint all the NFT collections.

After the rechaining, the IDs and smart contact addresses of tokens and NFTs will change. Despite the alteration, the blockchain will show records of the old address. This will enable individuals to trace and verify the origin of NFTs and in-game tokens. First of all, there will be a testnet taking place minting exercise in the coming days after the internet testing is complete.

New Additions in the Mines of Dalarnia Update 1.4

Besides the migration to the BNB chain, Mines of Dalarnia is adding new gameplay features. One of them is New Competition Game Modes. The Axie Infinity Origin S3 Off-Season Updates will feature a leaderboard. This is a reintroduction of the rankings, as it was suspended in prior editions. In this regard, up to 10,000 people will earn prizes for finishing in the top places. The rewards include Rare Runes, Rare Charms, Moonshard, Mystery Boxes, and Dancing Ghosts.

Part 2 of the Beast Blitz Mode will begin on the 5th of May. Unlike the first edition, it will only run for 3 days and end on the 8th of May. It will also feature a leaderboard, ranking contestants according to how fast they can reach the 2000 points mark. The best players will receive 500,000 $SLP and additional prizes.

Details of Nakamoto Games 7 New Web3 Games

While announcing the 7 New Games that will be part of its ecosystem, Nakamoto Games did not state their names or other details.
